Faith that becomes their own
There is something rare happening in Annapolis. A small group of college students, studying the great books and wrestling with the biggest questions humanity has ever asked, are also seeking God in a serious way.
Students of Saint Augustine exists to walk with them. We send them on pilgrimages, bring them to conferences, and gather them for adoration, giving them the kind of community that turns faith from something inherited into something they own for themselves.
We are students, recent converts, and lifelong Catholics. We have watched what one trip, one holy hour, one honest conversation can do. We want more of it, for more students.

Why this work matters
Dear Friend,
In January 2026, a group of Annapolis college students studying the Great Books did something no one here had done before. Together, they traveled to SEEK, FOCUS's flagship conference and the largest annual Catholic gathering in America. Raising the more than $8,000 it took to send them was my job, and watching what came of it changed my year and my faith journey.

Later that spring, in recognition of the growing community of students who are asking questions about God in a serious way, I formed Students of Saint Augustine, a registered Maryland nonprofit. We walk with students by sending them on pilgrimages, bringing them to conferences, and gathering them for adoration, giving them the kind of community that turns faith into action.
I started this as a recent convert myself, because I saw the impact that events like SEEK had on our community. When we came home, we kept meeting for adoration every week. I can tell you that those moments, kneeling before the Lord together after standing in a room with 17,000 young people on fire for their faith, have been some of the most powerful encounters with God I have ever had.
